Return & Refund Policy

At Wanderlust Coffee Co., we want you to enjoy every cup.

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns on opened coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will work to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the item

We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unopened Items
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • opened coffee
  • used products
  • digital products

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
