Mocha Protein Latte: An Easy 3-Minute Coffee Recipe

Coffee with a little extra muscle.

This Mocha Protein Latte combines rich coffee, chocolate flavor and protein into one delicious drink. It's ready in about three minutes, works hot or iced, and can be made with sugar-free chocolate syrup.

Perfect for mornings when you want your coffee to do a little more.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup

  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee or prepare two shots of espresso.

  2. Combine the coffee, protein powder, milk, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder in a blender or shaker bottle.

  3. Blend or shake until smooth and frothy.

  4. Serve hot or pour over ice.

  5. For an extra chocolate finish, dust with cocoa powder.

Coffee tip: For a smoother drink, mix the protein powder with your milk before adding hot coffee. Some protein powders can clump when heated.

Make It Your Own

Prefer a sweeter latte? Adjust the sugar-free chocolate syrup to taste.

Want an iced version? Let the coffee cool before blending and serving over ice.

Looking for more protein? Choose a protein powder and milk that fit your nutritional goals.

Start With Great Coffee

The coffee is the foundation of this recipe. Choose a rich, smooth roast that complements the chocolate flavor.
